As far as I know, there's only one way a girl can get pregnant.
Sperm + egg = pregnant. Most women access sperm through sexual intercourse.

are you talking about the ways the sperm can get into a woman? like in a hot tub or a swimming pool, or when he gets it on the outside of her and it gets inside anyway, or he tries to pull out but leaves a little behind? is that what you are talking about?
