I've learned the hard way that taking care of my health is important.
I have to eat breakfast - lunch - snack - dinner - and a bedtime snack.. I try to keep everything well balanced. I've cut out most all sugars, still allowing myself an indulgence now and then, but very carefully. Vegetables - meats - and carbs. I try to omit extra salts as much as possible..
Vegetarina diets are good, just know what you're doing.
Never go below 1500 calories if you're a female, and never below 1800 if you're male. Otherwise, your health may suffer.

yes I have 1 and it working good
i eat 5 small meals a day
1 B -bagel fruits coffee sigar twin coffee mate
snack i have cottage chesse,tomato cut up cabage
with light mayo
diner ,tuna and 7 grain bagel tomato soup tea
snack peach 3crackers
super. fish steam vegys salad fruit coffee
snack ,melma toast jam on it and a glass of juice

i try to eat a bowl of oatmeal with a bannana, coffee, and a glass of water for breakfast
a sandwich, water, and a piece of fruit for lunch
and whatever sounds good for dinner, I just make sure I have atleast one vegetable
I also try to cut down on snacks but I endulge as human nature kicks in
