It's difficult! I just swat them with a paper towel.
I saw in a magazine somewhere, that there were traps like flypaper, you could set up, but I don't recall where I saw it. Maybe Home Depot or Lowes has something to help you. Maybe you can call an exterminator for a lead. Sometime you can see them flying around in the supermarket near the grain or the birdseed. They sneak into your home, when you bring your groceries in. Do not feel that you have a filthy home, just because you have them, many people do. There are also
bug killers that are in spray cans, which are "kitchen safe". Remember to remove the cat or dog food and water from the area, before spraying. Maybe you can look it up on Google.

Send them back to India.

You need to make sure all your food is in sealed containers or they will keep coming back.
