Is it hard to obtain a work visa in the UK if you are from the US?

Yes it is difficult. You might apply for a Student work permit but you have to be studying in the UK and you cannot work more than 16 or 20 hours a week, I think.

LOL or better yet, IS THERE ANYPLACE on earth that will still allow US citizens to come work in thier country?
