Don't make any long range plans with this guy. I have to give him credit for not prolonging the argument but not giving you a chance to apologize is not right. When the two of you get back to talking you need to let him know your were wrong to get loud but he should let you know that just does not work and calm things down. Relationships like life are never perfect but it is how you deal with problems that sets the good ones aside from the bad ones. Go forward with an open mind but set limits for the two of you when things pop up between you. Otherwise just pack it in,

I would not want to talk to you either if you were that loud. I've been through this with my husband. He told me the reason he did not pick up the phone is because he was so heated up that he did not want to say something that he would regret later. He wanted us to cool down. His actions actually did end up helping because i would reflect on the problem and we would end up talking and resolving the problem. It always... always comes out good. It has gotten to the point were we don't even get to that point anymore. We just let ourselves cool off and then we talk it out. I cant recall the last time we had an argument that bad.

I would say that its not rude and disgraceful. Your boyfriend is right , never argue over the phone, its better to sit face to face and trash your matter out. There is always a right way and a wrong way to do things. Your boyfriend acted as a gentle man. I would like to advice you to go ant tell your boyfriend that you are sorry (not over the phone). He is a real man, you need to control yourself over the phone.

Arguing over the phone is always hard. He probably thought you were getting shrill and you thought he hung up on you. You both were in the wrong, so why not try sitting down with him face to face and calmly try to rectify your argument.
Good luck.

well yea it was disrespectful, but gosh, if u got pissed at someone, wouldnt you want to think out the situation before you talk to them again? Confront him about it tomarrow, and maybe then you'll see his reasons , or else, dont waste your time unless he is really someone special

rude....but I hope the argument was worth it because you shouldn't argue over anything that won't matter in the next five years. One of the main rules for a successful relationship. And....although it was rude...you'll get over it ....we always do.
