They can court order he pay it, but they can't enforce it until he comes back across the border to the U.S.

No! Unless your boyfriend is an American, you did not say, if he is an American then a court can foreclose on any assets he may have here in the States. If he his not an American citizen then you can only pursue him if he returns to the U.S. and is employed here.

Why don't you go to mexico and let them know of his obligations to his children or do america has to go do that for you. You sleep with him and make the babies. You should take responsibility for your own actions, not america doing everything for you.Well if you are in this country, then go on welfare a lot of people do it..That america will do for you,not go after your delinquent boyfriend in mexico. You picked the loser, you deal with the consequenses.comprende.

No the courts cant do a thing about it
just as your parents couldnt do a thing to stop you from going out with a mexican guy when you first fall for him.
Its a chain reaction to your doing and pain, suffering and sorrow. Sorry to tell you this but you are on your own.

I do not believe that American And Mexican courts have Reciprocity agreements. Your boyfriend may be beyond the reach of civil courts until he returns to the U.S.

It's a U.S. matter, but Mexico won't enforce U.S. law. They're too busy running their own country.

Sorry for the bad luck, though.

Yes, they can do anything they want, but they have no ability to enforce it. It must be proven the child is his!
