Try dabbing a little neosporin cream (not ointment, it's called pain relieving cream) on them, not too much, use it sparingly...... see if it helps, I swear by it...............

Definately you should see your dermatologist. Sometimes what appears to be acne is not always the case. Many other skin conditions look and feel like acne, such as eczema or dematitis. A derm can definately help you out with this.

Make up a mask made of baking soda and warm water, just enough water to make a paste. This will dry the bumps out. Then watch your diet. Drink more water and cut back on greasy foods.

I have the exact same thing I was tested for skin cancer and it was negative but my dermatologist still has yet to figure it out. Sorry I could not be of more help. If you haven't contact a dermatologist let me know if they figure it out!

try toothpaste..sounds stupid, but it works to get pimples and zits,..just leave it on for a couple of minutes and then take a washcloth and wipe it off...hope it helps.
