Crohn's disease is an inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract (the route that food goes through from start to finish). The exact cause of Crohn's is unknown. There are a number of symptoms including pain in the lower right part of the abdominal area, cramping, nausea, fever, diarrhea, weakness, and fatigue.

Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory dsorder of the gut. it can affect any part from mouth to anus
usually present to pain,change in bowel habbit, anal fistulas
it can also affect organs other that the bowel, e.g. skin, joints,..
steroids put the disease into remission
