If no one in her class has nut allergies, make "finger" sandwiches. Make your choice of sandwich on plain ol' Wonder bread and cut each sandwich into 3 "fingers", rounding the ends so that they're finger shaped. Top each finger with a half of an almond "fingernail". You can even put a little red food coloring on the almonds to make them look more like fingernails.
Good Luck!

I agree with the no peanut person. Kids that age are just beginning to be diagnosed with food allergies, for obvious reasons, and the results could be tragic.
Make some french fried jack o'lanters. They are simple. All you need is a jack o'lantern cookie cutter and some large potatoes.
Slice the potatos into discs with a zig-zag edged cutter, then press the cookie cutter down on each of them for the imprint and cut outs. Fry like you would french fries. Server with blood, er, ketchup.
Healthy Halloween snack for little kids is just too sad to think about.

I don't know if kids will like them really but it was in a parenting magazine I read a few days ago. They're supposed to look like eyeballs
Ritz crackers, mini round cuts of bologna, a dab of mayo, topped with an olive

Here is a quick, easy and fun snack, although it is a 'sweet'.
1.Oreo cookies with 4 of the black licorice strings stuck in on each side of the oreo cookie and 2 green m&m's on top making eyes and you have some black spiders.
2. Ants on a log using cream cheese, celery sticks and raisins.

Kinda healthy?
Well, you can make rice krispy treats! It's "kind of healthy" - but it can be made quickly as well as eaten quickly.
You could make some small, mini muffins - blueberry or cranberry as a healthy alternative.
Have fun! :)
