either how canst thou say to thy brother, brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother,s eye.

Here are a few things God mention when dealing with Hypocrites:

Job 15:34 For the congregation of hypocrites [shall be] desolate, and fire shall consume the tabernacles of bribery.

Here Job speaks about how pastors, preachers, and priest a like will preach that which they don't practice for a price, through bribery.

Matthew 6:2 Therefore when thou doest [thine] alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Her the Lord Jesus warns us when we do charitible things for someone, not to make a big deal of it like they hypocrites do because it is not For God but it is for men of the Earth to see them. Such as your Opera Winferys!!!! But keep it to yourself and let God see it alone.

Luke 12:56 [Ye] hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

Here the Lord speaks in Luke as how the pharasies of that day could tell you when it will rain or snow, but they couldn't decern the evil day right infront of them.

As for the eyes?

Psalms 34:15 The eyes of the LORD [are] upon the righteous, and his ears [are open] unto their cry.

God see all the the rightous go through and he is watching and listening to them.

Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of the LORD [are] in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

This speaks for itself, God see all things in Heaven and in Earth, Good and Bad alike.

Proverbs 16:2 All the ways of a man [are] clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weigheth the spirits.

The things that we might believe are good in our sight may not be so with God will weight the hearts contents for the actions taken.

I hope this was helpful:) GodBless

Well your question didn't make sense to me with the "eyes" in it but the bible dosn't like hippocrites.

matthew 23 - refers to the pharasees being hippocrites.
