English, French and German. I get embarrassed by native English speakers who think that English is the most important language and everyone else should speak it.
Many years ago, on a camp site in the south of France, a Brit, who couldn't start his car came to me and asked if I could give him a tow, because , 'they're all foreigners here.' 'My car isn't powerful enough to tow yours, and anyway, we're the only foreigners here, the rest are all French.' He didn't understand what I meant. I did find someone who was able to start his car, found out where the nearest Ford garage was and explained the problem to the mechanics. And explained to him how to use the bus service so that he could go back all on his own to collect his car later that day.

I am fluent in four and have a fairly good command of two others. My native languages are Russian and Ossetian, but I learned English before I even went to school because my mum was an English teacher, I continued my English studies, and now I live in an English-speaking nation. I also learned German very well in school, and I am probably fluent in it. I also studied Polish and Spanish in school for fun, but I am not so good at those two, and I have probably forgotten large portions of them from not being used frequently enough.
