So far I have the examples of reducing over crowding in other countries, a reduced need for large familys which will result in a lower population worldwide and they provide cheap labor which would allow companies to use the savings to reduce pollution.

Environmental laws in the United States are one of the most comprehensive and protective of those around the world. However, immigration has no environmental benefit. People do not produce pollution except by driving cars. Moving people around just moves pollution around. Unless the United States starts giving new low pollution cars to immigrants, there will no be no change in pollution. The real source of pollution is industry and industry does not "immigrate".
