I like my men tall, not 7 feet or anything like that but tall enough for my 5'6" to wear three inch heals without being taller or the same height as him. I also like them thin. I am 110 pounds, 18% body fat. If they are a bigger build, they better at least be in good shape.

Proportion is really all that matters. If any one part is really out of proportion then it is distracting - not necessarily bad - just distracting.
