First you need to dowload a torrent downloader i suggest
utorrent the website is below Then download WinAce archiver which will breakdown the bit torrent files into audio format or mp3 style.... To first download a song u need a site to get it from u can use torrentazos.com(its in spanish), torrentportal.com, or torrentreactor.net. once you got the song or file save it to your documents dont directly dowload it yet just save....Then open the utorrent program and at the top left corner there is something that looks like paper with an add symbol press it then open that file you saved it will begin the download after it is finishe you open the win ace archiver and open the folder you downloaded it to then right click on the file and click extract to.....then pick where you want the file to go and press the ok button.... after it is done you can open that file in windows if it is music or a video

Download your torrent. Then download the program called BitTorrent. Then double click on your torrent file. Then that file will download from other people's computers.
