Im 15 and yes, I still love trick or treating. But over this year, I've been eating much much healthier and overall living a healthier lifestyle... But October is my usual candy month. This is the time of the year when I eat candy to my toungues delight! But... I really know what candy/chocolate/cookies can do to my health...

What do I do?! I still want to eat candy and enjoy myself, but I dont want to ruin the health I've worked so hard to achieve...

Do what I do, freeze the candy. That way, it will be so frozen solid that you will have to "work" at a piece just to consume it. I wouldn't recommend biting into a piece of frozen candy because you will break a tooth. By the time you finish eating one piece, the craving will go away. Make sure before you indulge, drink one big glass of water.

Y'know, all I've been seeing lately is sugar-free candy! They're really pushing it this year because of the quickly rising obesity rate and some stores in my area (eastern PA ) only sell sugar-free candy!
You could try sugar free candy this Halloween. Even if you go trick-or-treating,
there are probably a couple of health-consious folks that would give out healthy treats anyway!
The stuff tastes just fine if you buy some of the better brands of candy like Asher's or Ghiradelli. I don't know if Godiva makes sugar-free chocolate though.

Happy Halloween! ;cD

You like rasinettes? A healthier version is to freeze blueberrie and then dip them in dark chocolate and then freeze them again.Basically mabey instead of trick or treating make your own versions of some healthier candy.
