I would assume its because Dr. Pepper isn't commonly used as a mixer in alcoholic drinks. It's my favorite too, but it would be a waste of a tap in a bar/club, most folks there aren't drinking their soda straight.

You can at a lot of places. Must just be your local areas soft drink distributor. Here in Utah you can anyway. Not like it makes up for how crappy Utah is, but you can get Dr. Pepper on draught. Maybe you could request it? Good Luck

I think the answer is actually in your question. 'Popular Drinks'. As Dr. Pepper actually tastes like fizzy Benylin cough mixture, it hardly warrants the tag 'popular'. In fact, with most people, Dr. Pepper is about as popular as a dose of the clap.

Ross C...you ask the wrong question. You should ask "Why can you get Dr.Peppers AT ALL?"
