To the Christians: Why can't men have long hair? Because men with long hair are teh sex!

And to the non-Christians: Would you call Christianity a "cafeteria religion" (means you pick want you wanna hear, leave out the crap such as in Leviticus)? Explain.

In a cafeteria, you are limited to a certain amount of choice in the food you can select. Christianity is more like a Walmart, where you can find nearly everything, buy only one thing, and still say you are a walmart shopper.

I see no reason why men can't have long hair. If you can keep it clean and presentable go for it.
No christianity should not be a "cafeteria religion" as you put it. Unfortunatly many Christian religions do not have the backbone to stand up for their beliefs. This is one of the few places I will give props to Cathilics, Mormons, and J'w's all in the same sentence. Atleast they don't bend what they believe in to fit the popular opinion.

Where are you getting this info from? Men can have long hair.
Christianity is also a cafeteria religion because even though Jesus proclaimed love for ALL MANKIND, how many people do you actually see doing that? How many do you see turning the other cheek? How many people do you see professing PEACE and NONVIOLENCE, exactly what Jesus did? Almost none. People choose what suits them. That is why wars were fought for God, people are stepped on to get to the top, and why people do not look out for their fellow man. People are not perfect and they decide on what rules to abide by because it is easier for them.
And by the way, I'm a Christian.

Men were not allowed long hair because if you study Jewish culture it was a disgrace.

And to be a Christian doesn't mean you get to pick and choose what you believe, you either believe what he says, and I mean every word or maybe you aren't a Christian.
And what in Leviticus do you think is crap?

to the christians...
in the Judaic sect of the Nazarene ...the most famous of which was Sampson...one of the three vows that men took was to not cut their hair...[Sampson lost his strength when his hair was cut]
so...long hair on men has a long, positive, religious tradition...

to the non-christians...not really, although it may seem that way in retrospect...however, the individual's version of any religion [christianity included] is more a function of geography than choice
typically, you believe what you are taught to believe...so, family, neighborhood, ethnicity, tradition are [usually] the "filters" by which you make your choice(s)...
it is usually not a cafeteria plan in that the individual does not actually select the tenets that he would ascribe to...
