i use to like this girl but i don't anymore but my best friend who is also the girl i liked best friend and we got to talking and i asked "if you could change one thing about me what would it be?" she replyed with "that you don't like her anymore."
is that like a hint she might like me?

I would say YES.. that is an indication that she likes you. She might feel jeolous that you are spending more time with the other girl and she wants more attention from you. Maybe she feels that you couldn't get past liking her and just said that thinking what is it going to hurt. I think she likes you, but just feels threatened by the other girl.

Go to your friend and ask her what was meant by her comment.
It could be that she feels the girl you liked is not worthy of you.
