OMG! A REAL MAN!
marry her doll, if you can think like that you honestly do love them! And 30k is not something to sneaze at. You can always work your way up or look for something better on the work end, but that kind of love doesnt come often.

Your sweet, when love is real, you can not put a price on it. Listen, if this woman were after money, she wouldn't have given you the time of day in the first place. Do you understand what I am saying.

Now listen, I don't know how old you are, but it sounds to me like you are still a young gentleman, ( meaning I don't think you are like 60+) If you want to be with this woman and her child, and if she means that much to you and you mean mean that much to her, you guys will build and grow together as a family.

You will be surprised, how monetary gain will come after unconditional love, and support are in place. Alot of people may likde to wait until they are financially stable and often time that quest for money never ends, the more they make, the more they want. And in that quest they will forget about the rest of what makes life complete.

So to start your life with this woman at 30k a year is ABSOLUTLY POSSIBLE!!!! Yes , Go for it. Live your life intelligently, don't mess up your credit on the ring, make it modest and beautiful for starters (THERE WILL ALWAYS BE ANNIVERSARRIES TO UPGRADE THAT) Spend wisely, and always save, start early towards your retirement plan, I mean there are so many options out there. But you most definatly can support this family and live decently with your wages. I've know people who have supported more family than that on less wages!!
GOOD LUCK!!!!!

If you guys love each other, than the money doesn't matter. You should try to see if you can get a better job or apply yourself more and get into management at your current job. Money doesn't equal happiness. I make 6 figures, pay for almost everything, have a 1 year old daughter, wife is at home and she still complains. Marry her and never look back or else it will be the biggest mistake of your life and you will always regret it.

Purchased things do not make people feel loved. Time spent together makes people feel loved. If you love your girlfriend and her 3 yr old and you have a solid job, go for it. Then, instead of worrying about buying them all sorts of goodies, plan time with them. Take the kid to the park, play sports with him/her as the kid gets older. Read bedtime stories, give the kid horsy back rides, make memories, put together a photo album of all the things you do together. I guarantee you...that's what will be remembered.

And don't forget your girlfriend. Take her for long walks and hold hands. Cuddle her on the couch while watching TV. Cuddle in bed without going for sex. Help her around the house (I just read an article that said volunteered help around the house is the biggest turn on for a woman...what have you got to lose?).

It's what you share of yourself with the people you love that will make them feel richer than receiving the most expensive toy or have the biggest house on the block.

If you love them then go for it. It will work out. My most cherished memories of my family are not the ones when we were shopping but the ones when my mom lost her job and we didn't have a lot of money to go anywhere. It was the most memorable and the most fun we had. Your child-to-be may not realize it now but when he grows up, he'll always remember the love and not the toys.

Does the little boy's father pay child support? Well, maybe you are young and you still have a future to do better than what you are making?

Don't get married. How can they love someone who can't support them and buy them cool things for Christmas?

Can you afford a ring? What is your income put together? Do you love her? Are you skilled? Does she get child support? Can you financially support yourself? You really need to be more specific.

Money has nothing to due with it, my hubby made less when we got together and I still married him. He makes alot more now and we still can't find the money to do things with. If you love her and her son then make yourselves a happy family.
