Do it when you think the timing is right. Don't be in a hurry, it always turns out bad. Just hold her hand when your walking with her, and go from there.

Well, how do you love her then? If you're afraid to even kiss her "or anything like that" then how can you possibly be in love?
I think if you're already in love with the girl, you should kiss her, because that must mean that you've known her for quite some time, correct? Also, she is your girlfriend and boyfriends kiss their girlfriends— it is normal. Just, don't rush her into anything she doesn't want to do. GO for the kiss and if she pushes you off and says she isn't ready then don't persist or force, just relax and wait it out.

There are stages for a bf/gf relationship - how fast the both of you go through these stages is up to you. First, holding hands - Second, snuggling - Third, kissing - Fourth, heavy peeting/fondling - Fifth, sex. Not all couples go through all five and even if they do - some start at the fifth and other take months or years to go from one to five. In other words, go at your own pace that feels right.

does she know you love her? You should start when you are ready and when she is ready. There is no reason to rush anything. No one can tell you when to show affection more than you have, you have to do it on your time and when she is ready. Right now, since you have not, you have to show her that you love her in other ways or tell her, until you are ready for more affection.
