i always have a hard time keeping a good conversation with this gentlemen i met a while back, id really like to ask him out to a movie or something, but i lack that confidence and ability to keep things interesting. any ideas?

Just buy couple of movie or game tickets and tell him somebody gave it to you and you wonder if both of you can use it. When you are out with him, just keep smiling and laughing on whatever he says and keep reminding him that he is so funny, so adorable , blahh blahh blahh. The problem is not that you do not have confidence. The problem is either this guy does not have confidence or he is not interested. In second case, use a little low cut, short skirt dress, and let your boobs touch his arm gently, this trick always work. good luck.

I think if you are up to date with things that are going on you can always talk about something going on in the news. Do you know what sort of things he likes? Sports? His favorite team? Know what is going on in the world around you and that always makes for good conversation. Also, do not be afraid of silence. Sometimes listening to nature makes for good company. Enjoy's each other's company..that is what it's all about.
