She comes over a lot and when we go out with her she always grabs my butt. I think that she wants to hook up. I am not sure though.

I would say that you should just ask her and see whats up. Make sure you are drunk though. That way you can deny all responsibility for your actions.

well dont ask her if she wants to... just start making out with her and take it from there. if she acts unconfortable, then give her space. there is nothing worse than a guy trying to #### u when u dont want him to. trust me. give little hints adn stuff. but remember dont make her uncomfortable.
if u cant do that, then just talk to her about it. it wont be that akward in the end . <3
