Well, if you translate "hot" by "chaude" I think you will have some troubles ...
Sexy works very well in french :
"nous sommes les filles sexy que vous cherchez."
A translation for "a hot girl" could be "une fille canon".
Some french guys say "cette fille, elle est trop bonne" (means "this girl, she's so hot"), but that's not very "elegant" !!
You also can use "une fille mignonne" which means "a cute girl".

If you translate "hot" by "chaude", it's like saying: "hey! I'm a slut!" So, go for "Nous sommes les filles sexy que vous recherchez".
"Hot" doesn't really translate. Guys would say "bonne", but women wouldn't say that when talking about themselves.
I'm French.

Ben's answer is correct, you should give him the 10 points.
Sexy is used as it is, and never use "chaude" for hot when speaking about a person, as it means "slutty" or "horny".
"canon" is pretty good, as a noun or an adjective ("il/elle est canon", or "c'est un canon")
for girls, you could also use the noun "bombe" ("c'est une bombe")
Something more offensive would be "elle est bonne" (literally "she's good"), which is way more sexually connoted.
Hope it helps.

Sexy is used in French, I can't think of "hot" right now.
I mostly speak French to my inlaws and hear my husband speaking French to our daughters, so it doesn't come up...

sexy = sexy
hot is an adjective and in French we do have 2 genders, male, female and adjectives has to follow the gender.
hot= chaud "male" and chaude "female".
be carefull when you are using such words, it can become more inviting, exciting, sex oriented in your phrase. you can get in trouble if you use them in a wrong order..lol
maybe is what you are looking for. getting in trouble?? lol
