Ok, November 9th and 10th are my gf and my birthday as well as 2 yr anniversary. Ill be 21 and she will be 20. We live in southern CA and i want to know of a great place to go for our birthdays/anniversary. Ideas anyone?

Well, it depends on the type of dining they have around where you live and what your girlfriend enjoys.
If the two of you like raw fish, I would say that one of the nights you should take her out to a cute little sushi bar. I would also say Olive Garden because they have such delicious food and it's very homely and romantic.
Just like, if she loves lobster, take her to Red Lobster! Lol. Honestly, it's really about what your girlfriend likes. If she is in to Chinese cuisine, take her to an Asian restaurant.

I think the best thing to do would be to go to a place that has a special meaning for the two of you. The place you had your first date or your first kiss or something.
