I don't think any of us are in a position to judge where people who have committed suicide go. I will say that committing suicide for religious reasons does not "earn" a place in heaven - no matter what some extremists might think in other countries. For those people who are terribly depressed and feel like there is no other way out, it is wise to remember that there is always stress before a decision, and it is best to ride out the stress, putting your faith in God. I realize depression can be like a wild horse and sometimes threatens to run out of control, and I know it can last for months or even years. I do believe God is the best judge of those who have lived with despair for a long time or even a relatively short time, and there is more to this than meets the eye.

No one has the right to take a life, even their own. No, I don't believe you can get into Heaven by committing suicide.

If you believe in Heaven then you (by association) believe in the teachings of the Bible or similar text. Each of these religious teaching specifically state that murder (including murder of one's self) is a Cardinal Sin. So the answer to your question is, "NO!"

It depends on their state of mind and the life that they have lived. Mental illness can affect free will and whether or not a sin is counted. So the answer is yes by Catholic teachings.

Not according to the movie "Constantine". However, I'll say that even that aside, no, there is no such thing as heaven.
