I live in ky and want to attend real estate classes and need a grant to help pay. I have 3 kids and don't have the extra money lying around. I do not want to pay a bunch to "get info" I want to know exactly how and where to get a grant.

Pell grants are available through the Financial Aid office at community colleges. Another possibility is to speak to a realtor and ask how they financed their education. Perhaps Century 21 or another company will pay for your education, in exchange for you working for them. It is worth looking into. Best wishes.
