I'm a RN and would like to start a nursing agency:I need your help on hoe to.?

I want to start a nursing agency in Va.,how ever I don't know the ins and outs-details.I need the ABC's,who to see,call,ect.

I know that in this state, Delaware, one of the things that you have to do is get a business license. That's pretty much it. I'm sure one of the things that you would want to have is insurance. If you want each of your nurses or CNA's to be responsible for their own taxes then you would "10-99" them. It's a form that they have to fill out so that you don't have to be responsible for their taxes.

I am an RN i agree with doodlebug you need some contracts drawn up to give to hospitals
