No, not the bible... I would say the original Cinderella... Grim Brother's version where the stepsisters cut off their feet to fit into the shoes and end up blinded and forced to dance at the reception until they die, along with the step-mother.

On a side note... if you are a true atheist and don't believe in the bible or god, then why call it a fairy tale? A fairy tale is often believed at some point, many of them have origins in the verbal traditions of people, particularly in non-western countries. So If the bible is a complete work of fiction it would not have the basis in "cultural truth" that a fairy tale would have... just something to think about...

My favorite Fairy Tale would be the Atheist and the Christian

There was a Christian lady who lived next door to an atheist. Every day she would loudly exclaim in prayer."God is good." Everyday her atheist neighbor would shout back to her,"There is no God!" One day she opens the door and shouts,"God is good but dear Lord I need food." The next day she opens her door and there is a bag of groceries on her porch. She picks them up and cries,"God is good, thank you Lord for this food." The atheist jumps out of the bushes and says,"Got you, there is no God! I bought those groceries." The Christian woman shouts out loud joyfully,"Thank you God, not only did You send groceries but you made the devil pay for them." LOL just a little joke. I hope my atheist and Christian friends are not offended. I could not resist.
Peace Be With You,
Debra

Haha I get it! You're making fun of Christianity by belittling their sacred beliefs into something you make up to entertain children. You're so clever I would have never thought to make that comparison. And so original too.

And so bigoted.
