I do. If you're always in a relationship, you never really get a chance to 'know' yourself, if that makes any sense at all...=/

As things always seems to work out in some strange manner. I was minding my own business enjoying being single again after a divorce. My children are grown and I had the house all to myself. I could come and go as I pleased. I really did love my single life.

Then suddenly out of the blue I meet the most wonderful man of my life. He swept me off my feet and I am now part of a couple again. I am incredibly happy with him.

What I am trying to explain is that you never know when you will meet the love of your life. You need to learn to love yourself first to be ready when the right person does come along.

I would never have been ready to meet him if I had not adjusted to being single and accept that way of life. I learned to like myself and my life. I was completely satisfied to be single for the rest of my life. That is when this wonderful man found me and changed everything.

Single as in not married? ME.....I'm used to it now as it's gotten easier since the death of my husband. But I'd still like to have a committment with someone if there was someone available that I was interested in. It's very lonely, that's the downfall. Spending time together with someone you love would help to take away that loneliness. Sometimes you can't always be together, but that doesn't mean you don't always want to be together because you just might want to...nice thought for the day........hmmmmmm

I spent 21 years married and now at 49 I am single. I really am enjoying it.Its better to be single at my age as opposed to early 20's because I can afford to take women to nice restaurants and on vacations where as a youngster Icouldn't afford it. A trip to the beach was th best I could do then.

Love is the answer to everything. All you ever need is love,
communication and understanding. That's what I figured out so
far. If you are down, you need to get up and start doing something with
your life. Don't need to be shy, be straight forward and allways say what
you want and expect from the others.

Being single is good for when you just want to relax , when you feel free and you focus more on you. But sometimes you can feel alone
