well i was thinking 2 days a week i would eat nothing but vegetables && fruits that day...will it work?

also i exercize for 30 mins everyday.

i know its stupid, so does anyone want to share what diet & exercize plan would work?

*another question* if in P.E. we run 2-6 laps, stretch, & play football in 35 mins, is that considered 35 additional minutes of exercize?

It would not work, you need protein and other things that are not just in fruits and vegetables. Also too much of any vitamin can hurt you more than help you. A diet that would work; eat what is recommended on the food pyramid and exercise as recommended or more if you want to lose weight. Go to

For breakfast I constantly consume a detailed K ninety energy chocolate bar and a pitcher of orange juice or water. Then I traditionally endeavor from 10 to eleven or eleven to twelve. Then for lunch I constantly have a simple turkey and bread open sandwich (in order to not consume empty carbs), yogurt, skinny wheats chips, and a granola bar and fruit of any variety. Then whatever to drink like water or juice. I might recommend salads for dinner, I am 14 so I simply consume anything my dad makes for dinner in fair quantities. I do not traditionally have sweet or ice cream or anything, handiest approximately a few times each 2 weeks or from time to time. Hope I helped! I additionally endeavor earlier than dinner.

Dieting.....eat less/move more...its the only way...so if you are only eating fruits and veggies those 2 days, make sure your not eating chips, candy bars and junk the other 5 days....just eat sensible....fat is just fat so stay clear of those fatty foods, like chocolate, fried anything, fried chicken is the worst!

I think it would be worth a shot as long as you eat sensible on the other days. Let me know how it turns out =)

Yes, in P.E., that would be considered exercise.

Also, drink plenty of water!
