you couldnt survive on that and it would be bad for your health - the average each day for women should be around 1940-2000 and for men it should be 2550.

300 calories a day is like two pieces of toast. that is not heathy at all. Differnt body types need differnt amouts of food, but the average is 2000-2500 calories a day.

How many calories you need a day depends on your body size, your life style - meaning how active you are and how many calories you burn in a day, A very active person certainly would need more than a person who doesn't move around
and burn many calories.

2000 a day works best, unless you like licking the pavement
