Is there curently any known software I can get that I can E-mail in English it Recieved in another language?

I have been E-maling a friend in Russia and they have had a hard time understanding the English E-mails I have been sending.So I was wondering if there is anything out there that I could send an E-mail here in the U.S. and have it Recieved in Russia in Russian?

No, but they could use translator software.
