PARS/Russian is an efficient computer-aided translation program. If you need a text to be translated quickly and at no cost from Russian into English or vice versa, use PARS! PARS Russian translation program is an excellent tool for generating draft quality machine translations.

PARS Russian has been on the market since 1989. This software is used by LG, KPMG, Northrop-Grumman, US Army, thousands of other companies and government agencies, hospitals, universities, schools and individual users.

I don't know about Pars! software, but the only way to accomplish what you want is to write the text in English, then use a computer-assisted translating program to translate it into Russian (you'll need to be sure your programs and your computer support the Cryllic alphabet). Then you can copy the Russian text directly into your e-mail. (You can also send the English version as well. That would help them learn English as you go).
