Hey, if you didn't catch his attention yet, it will be hard to do.
You might be able to draw his attention to you, but then after a while he might get bored because he didn't choose you....
Plus the very hot guys usually are just playing with the girls next door, because they are not a trophy for them.
You have to wait for the guys to get older, when it's not just about looks, when the"barbie's" will fall out of line of desire...
Older guys, let's say in their 20's are still goofing off...ask the hot guys what are they thinking...?
In their 30's they might start thinking about a relationship, and then they won't choose the most sought after kind of girls, they will look for the ones that are accomlished, kind, and giving .

wear a short skirt or other cute clothes, just be cool, don't try and be one of the guys. Keep your feminity when appealing to them but don't be a girly girl, be cool. Be yourself and how you'd act around your girlfriends minus the very girly things.
They are probably just as shy as you but probably more

You can't make a guy like you...impossible, my gosh, what kind of world do you live in?
If he likes you, good. If he doesn't, too bad...move on!
Just be a flirty chick and maybe he'll get to know you and fall into your arms...wouldn't be nice? Be yourself too and don't worry what you where and don't worry who your true self. If he doesn't like your true self, he's trippin'!

By being yourself. Changing yourself will never help you! It will only harm you and the person you want to date because they will like will be a fake. Just be very friendly and nice and let him come to you.

I suggest you be yourself and let him come to you. If he doesn't then you two weren't meant to make a connection. Because if you do something or act like someone your not eventually the real you will come out and maybe he won't like who you are... he may just like you for who you are acting like.... and you don't want someone who doesn't like you for you. You have to be attractive physically.
