I think it's better to put more of which one you like best.
For me I put equal amounts, Too much jelly and it ozzes out of your sandwich.

The correct peanut butter to jelly ratio is 2/3 peanut butter and 1/3 jelly, in my opinion.

Jelly is very high in sugar. Peanut Butter is very high in fat. So neither are very good for you. Try Hummis instead. Its great for you and tastes awesome also.
