I know people always answer these questions with exercise and watch what you eat. I understand that but give some specifics. What should I eat what are good calories and good carbs. what should i avoid besides the obvious sweets and fast food and fried food. What kind of exercise is good. How long should I do cardio how often what kind of cardio. Should i do weight training how often and how long how many reps and what kind of weight training?

omg do not listen to questioner. never exercise without eating first. that is so so so bad for your metabolism. you need something to burn off. plus you will get lightheaded and sick. ask questioner if they exercise every morning without eating. i bet they dont.

These days, everyone is on a diet... which is a good thing! I like the fact that people are trying to transform their lives for the better. I find that working out with weights and using our treadmill three times a week is effective (20-30 minute sessions). In addition diet and nutrition is most important. For my wife and I, we needed something that fit our schedule and didn't involve calorie counting, menu planning, etc... that is why we turned to two products. First Limu Plus... taken daily. Eat 6 small meals a day 8 glasses of water a day. 30 mins of cardio 5 times a week. 1 week out of the month do 60 mins of cardio. weight training 3 times a week. good meats low in fat turkey,chicken, lean pork and beef,one peice of fruit a day. with veggies. protein shake blend with ice is better. egg whites or beaters. good luck. I am doing it right now

Just do 30 minutes of cardio before breakfast every morning (any exercise that raises your heart rate will do). Also, make sure you are drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Be consistent with that, and the rest won't matter.

Do your best to count out the given portion amount.
Dont eat fired foods out,bake fries,ect at home in the oven,using fat free cooking spray,fat free mayo,dressing,butter,ect. Skim milk,egg whites (no yolk), Dont make sweets a part of your life,"cheat" rarely and dont get a big cookie,just enough to satisfy that craving. When you get a bean burrito at Taco Bell,order no cheese,you cant taste it anyway. No cheese on subs unless its fat ree,oreder pizza with EZ cheese and EZ sauce.
