it definitely depends on the relationship between the two kissers. it really doesn't matter who kisses who first. there's nothing that says one should kiss the other first. it's just how it happens. it should be natural and not forced. just wait for the right moment to come.

depends on th couple and generally guys and girls kiss at the same or similar time.
