Will a DVD+RW work on a normal DVD player? What format should I convert it to, and wats the best download ??

Please help me if you can. At the minute it is just a windows media player file. What should I do and what shud I change it to, file name?

if you put it onto a dvd it should work. if it dosn't than i don't know what to do.
