7 days is not long enough to make a drastic change. Most dietitians recommend only losing a pound or 2 a week. That weight is not excessive for your height, but if you want to lose some of it, exercise is that way to do it. It will build muscle and the effects will last a lot longer than some binge diet. There is no way you can lose weight by the 10th. Well, maybe a couple of pounds at the most. If you want to lose weight in the longrun, I'd like to suggest this site: www.sparkpeople.com. I've been using it for a couple of months now. It's really great!

If you really want to lose weight, this may sound crazy, but it works. i tried it and it really does work. if you put hot sauce on almost everything, it will increase your metabolism and you will see the pounds melt away. Trust me it works and i had my friends do it too and they didnt even exercise with it and they lost 10 lbs in a month.

eat more vegas more often and less breads and protiens. Instead of 3 meals aday have 5 little meals a day. exercise exercise exercise and drink lots and lots of water. not sodas or anything considered junk food.

Well what my mom does is she goes on a walk everyday and she tries to get in two miles. But in your case you should just go to the gym. But don't rush it you could really hurt your self!!!
