To be honest you don't seem to have a weight problem!!! 90lbs and your 5'1 sounds if anything that your quite light! It maybe a little toning that you need rather than the weight, and many excercises can be suggested but depends what areas you need to tone. A little self esteem and confidence goes a very long "weigh"

I've lost about 70 pounds over the past three years. I did it through exercising consistently (fast walked five miles this morning), watching what I eat (more fruits and vegetables) and drinking much more water. Most importantly, I did not go on a diet, I changed my lifestyle. If you do the former, the weight will be back on the moment you come off of it. Doing the latter not only keeps the weight off, but puts you in a much better physical and mental frame of mind. My best wishes to your success.

Drink water and never eat junk food or over eat. Once you do that it will help you maintain your current weight and not gain more fat. Another thing you must do is exercise. The best exercis is cardio. Run, swim, etc. the more you exercise the better. Your goal should be to burn more calories than you consume. I also recommend you take fiber. Either pills, powder mix, or anything else. Hope I helped. Stay committed!!! :)

Well, let me tell you this. My sister pulled that stunt and was sent to the hospital for being UNDER WEIGHT. You do not need to lose weight. You're fine right where you are. Talk to someone about the fact you feel you need to lose weight. You can get help with this.

If you really want to lose weight, this may sound crazy, but it works. i tried it and it really does work. if you put hot sauce on almost everything, it will increase your metabolism and you will see the pounds melt away. Trust me it works and i had my friends do it too and they didnt even exercise with it and they lost 10 lbs in a month.

You don't need to lose any weight. That is all ready too thin for your height. If you are determined though, I would suggest building some muscle and toning up what you have. That is a much healthier and much more attractive look than trying to look like a Holocaust victim.

Less fat and sugar and more water.
Do cardio before breakfast every morning.
Don't lose more than 5-10 pounds or it probably won't be healthy.
