Breakfast: 1-2 eggs, 2 slices toasted light wheat bread and light spread, or bowl cereal and skim milk. Approx. 270 cal.

Lunch: Sandwich with light bread, lowfat lunch meat, light mayo, lettace and tom. Approx. 200 cal.

That leaves 500 cal. for dinner and 230 cal. for two snacks during your day or 530 for dinner and 200 for snacks. You can drink coffee but watch the cream and sugar (use light), lots of water, and sugar free drink mix or cocoa.

Good dinners are salad, lean meat, and veggies with light dressing and spread on the veggies. Stir frys are really good. Try tofu in it and brown rice in it. So good for you. Also have a cup of milk once or twice a day.

Good snacks are small peices of fruit or yogurt. Also load up on as many raw veggies like carrots, celery, cukes, tomatoes, peppers, brocoli, etc. as you want.

I hope this helps. This is a good plan to go by. Good luck.

You need to re-ask your question. You can eat absolutely ANYTHING, good or bad to add up to 1000 -1200 calories.
Hell, you can eat 3 muffins or a pint of ice-cream and consume that many calories. So what exactly is your point?

How old are you
What is your current weight
What are your activities - are you a serious athlete or a couch potato?
