Waht determines it naturally(what an odd question that popped up) is that heretitary? or each individual just has thier own unique length and look?

I have long, thin eye lashes and my daughter's father had long thick eye lashes. My daughter has long, thick eye lashes.

I think it has a lot to do with genetics. Just like body hair. Some people have really hairy families and other people don't.

I'll go with genetics, but you've got to throw in good health as well. Someone who is sick will lose eyelashes, and they may or may not grow back to their former length.

I have very long, thick eyelashes. My father had the same while my mother did not. My brothers and sister also have Daddy's eyelashes. I guess Dads.
