The most accurate time to weigh yourself is right after you get up in the morning, before you get into the shower. But if you want to, you can wiegh several times a day and then average it up.

In the middle? Also, studies have shown that people who weigh themselves often and stress about their weight actually tend to gain more than people who don't..??? hmmm... something to think about.
