OK well this guy asked me out as a favor for him to homecoming and i said yes well i actually really wanna go w/ this other guy that i asked first and he said he would c cause he might have to go w/ somewhere else well if that guy says yes will it be toooooo wrong to tell that guy that i cant go w/ him

you wouldn't be asking if you thought it was the correct thing to do. There may be a reason why this guy asked you. If you wait you may be sitting home alone. Go with the guy that asked you out keep your promise, you never know it might be the beginning of something terrific.
