I am getting ready to have my son's thrid b-day party, he wants Cars as the theme. I tought about the loot/candy bags and want to make them like stop lights. I am looking for black paper sacks. Anyone know where to buy them? I have found them online, but they only sell in bulks of 100 or more. My other option was cellophane bags with black and white checkered or racing car desgines around them. Anyone seen those?

Should be easy since this is the halloween season, most anywhere has them. Try a party store too, they always have everything in and out of season. Good Luck!

Try looking a Dollar Stores or Craft stores like Michaels.

Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Walmart (this time of the year), Party City. Any large craft stores should have them at this time of the year. You can also try orientaltrading.com.
