I used to not eat hardly any veggies, but during the past week I have started to eat a lot more. I seem to feel less stressed and am able to think clearer. Could this have anything to do with my diet change or is it just my imagination?

Yes fruits and vegetables are better for you than other foods like canned or fast food. All that food has so many preservatives in it when we die they probably wont even have to embalm us because we will already be preserved from the food we eat. Things that is grown natural has to be better for us all. Even years ago when are grandparents eat from the garden everyday and raised their own live stock. You never heard of a 30 or 40 year old man having a heart attack or a stroke.

a million You little doubt want a Digestive help (pretty a lot each man or woman does) Get a organic one out of your well being foodstuff keep. 2 pay interest on your body. 3 Is the Veggie weight-help plan you take advantage of too extreme in sophisticated automobile bs? Refine carbs reason lots of the indicators you describe. 4 in case you want to eat an animal product use organic and organic (no longer organic) hen & Wild stuck Fish. a lot of unpolluted veggie & fruit again organic and organic at the same time as conceivable, very lifelike volume of fat & total grains. Even the Dali Lama eats hen on a 4 day cycles as suggested by skill of his accepted practitioner at one time. i do no longer imagine he does now. i wish this help, best of well being to you.

Yes it does and you might want to consider taking a multi-vitamin. Get the jell caplets they dissolve all the way, that will help you with alot more things, like concentration, fatigue, energy and keep eating good things to stay healthy. Hope that helps!!! Good Luck

Of course it does. It is important to eat balanced meals for a number of health conditions. Take obesity for example: if you eat the recommended amount of calories, balanced with fiber , carbohydrates, and saturated and polyunsaturated fats, you not only loose weight, consume important vitamins and minerals, but you feel good about yourself for the progress that you make loosing weight.

Have you ever heard that phrase "You are what you eat", well, thats VERY true. People who eat junk feel like crap. People who eat healthy feel great.

If you wanna feel even better, try drinking atleast eight 8oz glasses of water per day. I do this and it makes me feel less bloated.
