the most accurate time of day to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning. If you are monitoring your weight gain or loss process, do it at the same time each time you weigh yourself

well of course when youre "really really hungry" youre feeeling that way because your stomach is empty. So, you're PROBABLY going to
FEEL heavier after eating but It shouldnt change too much. Depends on how much you drink too, water weight...AND it depends on what it is you eat. But you should weigh yourself when you wake up in the morning...that way your body is in its natural rested state.

you shouldnt allow yourself to get really really hungry then you only pig out more on food. you can weigh yourself whenever you want there is no rule i dont think
