go to the dentist and they will fit you for a mouth piece. You will end up with TMJ if you don't and that is very pain full. You will only have to wear the mouth piece at night if you do this before you get TMJ.

That sounds to me like you are under a lot of stress, You need to identify what is really bothering you and try to resolve that, in the meantime a mouth guard is not a bad idea.

Go to the dentist. Also, when you go to sleep at night, don't take your troubles with you to bed. Once you lie down, there is nothing else you can do about the outside world.

see your dentist... they have a device that you wear in your mouth to keep from grinding...
