I've only drank smirnoff ice a few times but, I get a headache after drinking 1 or 2 and I get sleepy.

No, I don't really get headaches from that. I drink that, Bacardi, etc,. I think if you get DRUNK off of anything- the next day you will feel it. Smirnoff Ice is not really cheap.. its a breezer. Alittle more than Juice, but not exactly Hard Liquor . Smirnoff Twist-- is a liquor.. and thats GOod Stuff!

It's from the sugar. To avoid it, have a glass of water in between each alcoholic drink, and take two paracetamol and drink a powerade or gatorade (any kind of sports drink really) before you go to bed/pass out. It FULLY works. Even if you end up forgetting to drink the water, the other stuff still helps. It even worked after drinking cask wine all night. (Nasty and not recommended)

it could be a hangover, but highly improbable cuase Smirnoff is a good triple distilled vodka. the percentage in a breezer is much less than wahta ya have in beer. brain freeze can last long sometimes. if it was cold when ya drank it, that may explain the ache

It is the sweet stuff that makes your head hurt and usually will cause you to throw up later.
Try buying regular smirnoff and mixing it with soda.

everyone is different. it's been my experience that anything that has a high sugar content makes me feel like crap the next day.
now if i have a couple or regular smirnoff vodka and tonics (w/extra lime...lol), i feel fine the next day......

yea. the ice will give you a headache. try the triple black. it tastes similar but is easier on the headache the next morning for some reason.
