I am tall and slim and I play hard rock drums. So I get a great workout. I've got a very toned physique, but I think I probably burn more calories than I take in. Is there a supplement (or a diet regimine) I can take to keep high energy levels for an hour or two? And at the same time, something that will fill me out just a little bit so I'm not so freakin skinny (other than lifting weights since I've already got decent muscle tone)?

Also...when is a good time to drink the protein shake? Is it ok to drink it before bed? And where do I get these supplements that you are recommending?
